HOSPITALITY // YEAR 11 BRUSCHETTA BRILLIANCE Our HOSPITALITY // YEAR 11 BRUSCHETTA BRILLIANCE

Our Year 11 Hospitality students have been putting their practical skills to the test, creating delicious bruschetta while showcasing their growing confidence in precision knife cuts. From chiffonade to fine dice, students demonstrated the professional techniques that form the foundation of high‑quality food preparation—and the end result tasted just as amazing as it looked!

We’re so proud of their skills, teamwork, and enthusiasm in the kitchen, well done Year 11! 🙌
HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY 💐 Today, we share HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY 💐 Today, we share a beautiful collection of moments from our IWD event on Friday, “She Blooms - Give to Gain”. Where mums and their young girls, grandparents, teachers, and principals came together to celebrate womenhood 💕

Inspired and lifted by guest speaker, Virginia Ryan, our guests enjoyed a morning of flower crown making and a High Tea. It was a truly beautiful day celebrating the wonderful women of our Central Coast @catholicschoolsbrokenbay community.

A heartfelt thankyou to our Parent Engagement Coordinators, Jo Helm, Kate Benton, and Rachel Mills for their incredible efforts bringing this day to life, and to Deb, Bec and our student leaders for the delicious home made High Tea treats 💐

Be sure to watch right until the end to hear the most inspiring poem written by our very own principal, Roisin McVeigh, who is a luminary for what it means to be a passionate, strong, resilient women.

Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women of our community whose strength, resilience, and deep love make a lasting difference in our world 💕

ASH WEDNESDAY // COLLEGE LITURGY Today our Colleg ASH WEDNESDAY // COLLEGE LITURGY

Today our College community came together in a prayerful and reflective Ash Wednesday liturgy as we began the season of Lent. Receiving the ashes reminded us of humility, renewal, and our call to grow in faith and compassion.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped create such a meaningful start to Lent.

This day also marks the start of our College community working together for a charity close to all our hearts, Caritas ‘Project Compassion’.

May we enter this season with openness, generosity, intention, and a spirit of hope ✝️
