Trade Training Centre – Kitchens and Café

Our Trade Training Centre features industry-standard commercial kitchens and a fully equipped training café, providing students with authentic, hands-on learning experiences in hospitality and food services. Designed to mirror real-world hospitality environments, these contemporary facilities enable students to develop practical skills in food preparation, commercial cookery, customer service and café operations. Through experiential learning opportunities, students gain valuable industry knowledge, build confidence and develop workplace-ready skills that support future study, apprenticeships and career pathways in the hospitality sector.

INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN

Trade Training Centre – Industrial Technology and Design Facilities

Our Trade Training Centre’s Industrial Technology and Design facilities provide students with access to modern workshops and industry-standard equipment across timber, metal and Computer-Aided Design (CAD). These purpose-built learning spaces encourage innovation, creativity and practical problem-solving, enabling students to design, manufacture and refine a wide range of projects. Through hands-on experiences and the use of contemporary technologies, students develop technical skills, craftsmanship and an understanding of industry practices, preparing them for further study, apprenticeships and careers in engineering, construction, design and related trades.

FULLY EQUIPPED GYMNASIUM

Fully Equipped Gymnasium
Our VET Fitness, PDHPE and Representative Sports programs benefit from our fully equipped gymnasium, providing students with access to modern strength, conditioning and cardiovascular training equipment in a professional learning environment. The facility also supports our Targeted Sports Program and RISE Rugby League Program, enabling students to enhance their athletic performance through specialised training, fitness development and sport-specific conditioning. Used across curriculum, co-curricular and elite sporting pathways, the gym provides valuable opportunities for students to develop practical skills, build confidence, improve wellbeing and foster lifelong healthy habits.

OUTDOOR SPORTING FACILITIES

Outdoor Sporting Facilities
Our extensive sporting facilities provide students with outstanding opportunities to participate, train and compete across a wide range of sports. The College is home to two sports fields, including a full-size football oval, as well as a cricket pitch and multiple outdoor basketball and netball courts. These versatile spaces support curriculum and co-curricular sport, physical education programs, representative pathways and community events. Whether developing fundamental skills, training with teammates or competing at a high level, students benefit from quality sporting facilities that promote physical activity, teamwork, resilience and a lifelong enjoyment of sport.

COLLEGE CHAPEL

College Chapel
At the heart of our Catholic community, the College Chapel provides a peaceful and reflective space for prayer, worship and spiritual growth. The Chapel plays an important role in the faith life of the College, hosting liturgies, Masses, retreats and special celebrations throughout the year. College Hall
Our College Hall is a dynamic multi-purpose space that serves as a central gathering place for the St Peter’s community. Featuring a full-size stage with professional sound, lighting and audio-visual capabilities, the Hall hosts a wide range of events including assemblies, liturgies, performances, presentations, celebrations and community functions. Designed to support both educational and co-curricular activities, this versatile venue provides students with opportunities to showcase their talents, build confidence and connect with the wider community in a professional performance environment.

SOUND, VISUAL & LIGHTING STUDIO

Sound, Visual & Lighting Studio

Located on the mezzanine level of the College Hall, our Professional Sound, Visual and Lighting Studio provides students with access to industry-standard entertainment production technology in a real-world learning environment. The studio serves as the operational hub for school and community events, performances and productions, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in audio engineering, lighting design, vision production and event management. It also supports our VET Entertainment students, who develop practical skills using professional equipment and contemporary industry practices. Through authentic learning experiences, students are equipped with valuable technical expertise and workplace-ready skills for further study and careers in the entertainment and events industries.
